These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to all enquiries, quotations and orders placed with Shivay Anantam (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
01Our products and catalogue
Our website shows corporate gift sets and hampers identified by model number. Product images are for illustration. Actual colours, finishes, materials and packaging may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings and supplier batches. Product contents and availability may change without prior notice; we will inform you if a substitute is needed for your order.
02Quotations and pricing
- Prices are not listed on the website. All prices are provided on request through a written quotation.
- Quotations depend on quantity, branding method, packaging and delivery requirements, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
- Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes, branding and delivery charges are shown separately on the quotation.
03Orders and confirmation
An order is confirmed only when you accept our quotation in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and make any advance payment specified in it. Quantities, products, branding details and delivery dates agreed at confirmation form the basis of the order.
04Branding and artwork
- You must provide logos and artwork in a suitable format (such as PDF, AI, SVG or high-resolution PNG).
- We will share a mock-up for your approval before production. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in spelling, design or placement that were present in the approved mock-up.
- Branding methods (laser engraving, screen printing or UV printing) are recommended per item; minor variations in position, size and colour are normal in the branding process.
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, trademark or artwork you send us, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from its use.
05Payment
Payment terms, including any advance and the balance due before dispatch, are as stated in the quotation. We may hold production or dispatch until the agreed payments are received.
06Delivery
Delivery timelines shared by us are estimates and start from the date of artwork approval and payment confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, events beyond our reasonable control, or late approvals or information from the customer. Please check the shipment on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
07Cancellations, returns and replacements
- As products are customised with your branding, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Branded or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
- Any defect, damage or shortage must be reported to us promptly after delivery, with photographs, so we can review it and arrange a suitable replacement or credit.
08Use of this website
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Shivay Anantam or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
